White-Label Agency License Agreement

This White-Label Agency License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between fit4fundz.com ("Licensor") and the individual or legal entity who has purchased the Agency Kit ("Licensee"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Agency OS — Agency Edition v3.0 Agency Kit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

"Product" refers to the Agency OS — Agency Edition v3.0 Agency Kit, including all HTML files, assets, templates, documentation, and related materials provided upon purchase.

"Licensee" refers to the individual or business entity that has purchased the Agency Kit and agreed to this license.

"Licensor" refers to fit4fundz.com, the original creator and owner of the Product.

"White-Label Version" means a modified version of the Product with the Licensee's own branding, name, colors, and contact information substituted for the Licensor's branding.

"End Users" means individuals or businesses who purchase the White-Label Version from the Licensee.

"Client Projects" means projects completed by the Licensee for their own clients using the Product as a tool or deliverable.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

• Use the Product for personal and commercial affiliate marketing purposes, without restriction.
• Modify and Rebrand the Product, including changing name, logo, colors, contact info, domain, and all visible branding.
• Resell the White-Label Version as a finished product at any price. Licensee keeps 100% of revenue.
• Use for Unlimited Client Projects as part of client deliverables or services.
• Host on External Platforms (your domain, Gumroad, JVZoo, ClickBank, etc.).
• Create Derivative Works by adding new features, pages, and tools.

3. Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited:

• No Resale of White-Label Rights. You may NOT sublicense or transfer white-label rights to any other party.
• No Source Code Distribution. You may NOT distribute the original, unmodified source code.
• No False Authorship Claims. You may NOT claim to be the original creator.
• No Illegal Use. No fraud, spam, phishing, or unlawful activities.
• No Unauthorized Sublicensing. You may NOT grant others the same white-label rights.
• No Competing Products. You may NOT use this Product to create a competing white-label program.

4. Intellectual Property

Licensor retains all IP rights in the original Product. Licensee owns their modifications. Licensor's trademarks may not be used without permission.

5. Modifications & Rebranding

Encouraged to fully customize. Change any visual element, add/remove pages, replace all branding. See rebrand-guide.html for details.

6. Resell Rights & Revenue

You may resell your White-Label Version at any price. You keep 100% of revenue. No royalties owed. You may run your own affiliate program.

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

Product provided "AS IS". No warranty of merchantability, fitness, or error-free operation. No income guarantee.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds terminate this license. Not available after 60 days or if product has been resold.

9. Limitation of Liability

Licensor not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid ($197).

10. Governing Law

Governed by applicable commercial laws. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration after good-faith negotiation.

11. Termination

Terminates on material breach uncured within 14 days. Upon termination, cease use and destroy copies.

12. Contact
