Getting Started

Do I need a credit card to start with Affiliate OS?

No. The Starter plan is completely free and requires no credit card. You get access to the Affiliate Calculator, Keyword Planner, and Income Forecasting tools forever. Upgrade to Pro or Agency only when you need advanced features like Campaign Manager or Commission Tracker.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Agency?

Starter (Free): Core calculation and planning tools for individual affiliate marketers. Perfect for beginners or side projects.

Pro ($29/month): Add campaign management, link tracking, commission logging, and advanced analytics. For serious affiliate builders.

Agency ($99/month): Manage multiple client accounts, team collaboration, advanced reporting, and API access. For agencies and teams.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, your next billing cycle will reflect the new price. No long-term contracts.

Is there a free trial for Pro and Agency?

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you'll be charged the monthly rate unless you cancel.

Can I export my data from Affiliate OS?

Yes. You can export campaigns, keywords, commission logs, and analytics data to CSV format. This ensures you always have access to your data and can use it in other tools if needed.

Does Affiliate OS integrate with other tools?

How accurate is the Income Forecasting tool?

The forecasting tool uses your historical data (traffic, conversion rates, EPC) to project future earnings. Accuracy depends on data quality and market stability. We recommend treating forecasts as estimates, not guarantees. Use them to plan, not to guarantee outcomes.

Billing & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Agency plans. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

What's your refund policy?

All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Pro and Agency plans. Annual billing is available during checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Data & Security

Is my data safe with Affiliate OS?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can request a full export of your data at any time. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.

Do you have a data backup policy?

Yes. All data is backed up daily to secure, redundant servers. In the unlikely event of data loss, we can restore your information. We maintain multiple backup copies to ensure data integrity.

Can I use Affiliate OS for multiple businesses?

Yes. Starter and Pro plans support multiple projects within one account. Agency plan includes multi-account management for managing separate client accounts.

How do I get support?

Email support@affiliates-os.com or use the in-app chat. We respond to all support requests within 24 hours. Pro and Agency customers get priority support with faster response times.

Is there documentation or tutorials?

What's your uptime guarantee?

We maintain 99.9% uptime. If we experience downtime exceeding 4 hours in a month, we'll credit your account with one month of service. Check our status page for real-time system status.
